Lock up your toilets! Babies love to explore the mysterious porcelain thrones, but they can be a drowning hazard for babies.
Friday
Familiarize yourself with the common over-the-counter medications and what their potential side-effects are. Consult your doctor before giving your child medications.
Saturday
Though it is recommended to not co-sleep with your child, if you do, make sure you take the proper precautions. Dr. Sears has a list of safety measures to take when co-sleeping.

Install a pool alarm system in your home that will notify you if your child accidentally falls in your pool.
Monday
Take a CPR and First Aid course to ensure you have proper training in a emergency situation. Check your local hospital for course listings.

Baby carrying is a wonderful way to bond and keep your children close. Be safe about baby wearing and consult the manufacturer's information on proper use.
