Silverlake Conservatory of Music
The mission of the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, a non-profit organization, is to facilitate basic music education. Our primary focus is on the youth of the community but all are welcome and encouraged to participate. The Conservatory offers private music lessons at a reasonable cost and grants scholarships to children in need, providing free lessons and instruments. The study of music enriches the life of the student as well as the community and society.

Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti-Do
“Music speaks what cannot be expressed, soothes the mind and gives it rest, heals the heart and makes it whole, flows from heaven to the soul" (unknown). Have you ever watched your baby start to wiggle his hips to music, seen your toddler dance in front of a mirror, heard your child belt out her favorite song? Music has a special kind of effect on all of us, even in our earliest days. Check out these local establishments offering music classes to promote your child's inner rythym!
